Our group van and stretch limousine are the exception: both require at least 2 days' advance booking and prepayment to confirm, shown on their fleet listing.

Every fare is quoted for your specific trip — the distance, the vehicle, and the type of service — so you know the exact price before you book. There's no meter and no calculator guessing at it for you.
Once your trip is confirmed, we send a secure payment link for a deposit to hold your booking; the balance is arranged directly with our team. Card details are always entered on our payment provider's own secure page — never sent to us by phone or email.
No. The fare we quote is the fare you pay. If your plans change during the trip — an extra stop, more waiting time — we'll always tell you the new price before continuing, never after.
If we're ever unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, any deposit paid is refunded in full. For cancellations on your end, get in touch as early as possible — we look at every situation individually rather than applying one rigid rule.
Yes — every airport pickup is tracked against your actual flight, not the scheduled time. Early, late or diverted, your chauffeur adjusts automatically and is waiting when you land.
Airport pickups include a waiting allowance that accounts for customs and baggage claim, timed from your real landing rather than the scheduled arrival. For every other pickup, tell us the address and we'll agree a wait time that suits the trip.
If a previous chauffeur made your trip memorable, mention it when you book and we'll do our best to schedule them again, depending on availability.
