This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Jet Black Elite Limo ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use this website or request our chauffeured transportation services, how we use it, and how to contact us about it. Last updated September 2026.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote, make a booking, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number if you give one. For trip requests, we also collect your pickup and destination addresses, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and any message you send us.
You don't need an account to use this site, and we never ask for your payment card details directly — see "Payment Information" below.
How We Use Your Information
- To calculate a fare and respond to your quote or booking request
- To confirm, manage and deliver the trip you've booked
- To contact you about your request by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you've asked us to use
- To calculate driving distance for your trip, which requires sending the addresses you provide to our routing and mapping providers (see "Third-Party Services" below)
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our booking forms
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies necessary for it to function: to keep your browsing session working, to protect our forms from cross-site attacks, and to remember your language preference. These can't be turned off individually and don't track you across other websites.
If we've turned on Google Analytics, it loads automatically for every visitor — no cookie notice or click is shown. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure how the site is used; these don't identify you personally and we don't use them for advertising. See our Terms of Service for how the site itself may be used.
Payment Information
When you choose to pay online, you're taken to our payment provider's own secure payment page. Your card details are entered there, never on this website, and we never see or store your full card number.
Third-Party Services
We share information with the following third parties, only as needed to provide our service:
- Routing and mapping — the pickup and destination addresses you provide are sent to OpenStreetMap-based routing services (Photon and OSRM) to calculate driving distance for your fare. No account or personal profile is created with these services.
- Payment processors — process payments directly, as described above.
- Google Analytics — only if enabled, as described above.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your request, deliver the trip you've booked, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations. Information from quotes that were never booked is periodically reviewed and removed.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Governing Law
We're based in Alberta, Canada, and handle personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25.
