These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and our chauffeured transportation services. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. Last updated September 2026.
Our Services
Jet Black Elite Limo provides licensed chauffeured transportation in Calgary, Alberta and the surrounding area — airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings and events, and by-the-hour bookings. Services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Quotes and Pricing
Sedan and SUV quotes are calculated automatically from your trip details — distance, vehicle and service — and shown to you before you book, with no meter and no hidden fees. Van and other vehicle categories are priced manually by our team. A quote reflects the trip details you provided; if those details change, the price may change too, and we'll always tell you the new price before continuing.
Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a request does not by itself confirm a booking. A trip is confirmed once we've contacted you to confirm the details and, where required, received any deposit requested.
Payment
Payment is made through our payment providers' own secure checkout pages — see our Privacy Policy for how that works. We never see or store your full card details. Specific deposit amounts and payment timing are confirmed with you directly for your booking.
Cancellations and Changes
Plans change — contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel a booking. We look at every situation individually rather than applying one rigid rule; the earlier you tell us, the more options we have. If we're ever unable to fulfil a confirmed booking ourselves, any deposit paid is refunded in full.
Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate pickup, destination and contact details when you book. An extra stop, waiting time beyond what's agreed, or a change of destination during the trip may affect the fare — we'll always confirm any change with you before continuing.
Website Use
This website and its content — text, images, logos and design — belong to Jet Black Elite Limo unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please don't attempt to disrupt, scrape or misuse this site or its booking forms.
Liability
We carry commercial auto and liability insurance on our fleet — see our About page. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or airport delays; we track flights and build in reasonable buffers precisely to reduce that risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version on this page always applies. Continuing to use the site or booking with us after a change means you accept the update.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
